My Projects

2024 CIS Foo\Bar Hackathon

I revived my school’s discontinued annual Hackathon competition in 2024 but with a massive twist. Instead of catering to upper-class students within my school, I expanded the event to include under-resourced communities focusing on how technology can provide equitable education to all students. I secured sponsorships from Microsoft, several NGOs, and Infinity Exchange.

2024 CodeHers

I was the head organizer of CodeHers 2024, a large-scale coding event for over 360 girls for a range of guest speakers, student-led workshops, and interactive technology exhibits. I hoped to inspire and empower girls to delve into the world of Computer Science and to dismantle the long-standing gender stereotypes prevalent in this field.

EduPulse

I created a communication platform for teachers and students during online lessons upon the request of one of my school’s physics teachers.

ShareAble

I was in the ShareAble team, a group of programmers that created a community app that combines sustainability, community service, coding, and schoolwide action. The app allows school members to easily share their unused items by uploading pictures and descriptions, aiming to foster a culture of reuse and reduce waste within the community.
